The lodge offers three family chalets and eight standard chalets. And each offers you a very comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere.
The accommodation options are tastefully furnished and provide beautiful views of the African bush and Sand River.
The Sabi Sand Nature Reserve is world renowned for Big 5 sightings and especially for big cats, such as lions and leopards. The reserve shares an unfenced boundary with the Kruger National Park and you can enjoy some impressive wildlife sightings.
You will enjoy game drives, guided bush walks, stargazing, fishing and experiencing this incredible region. On your safaris, you can see all of the Big 5 animals, including elephant, lion, rhino, leopard, and buffalo. The reserve also supports a healthy population of cheetah, giraffe, zebra, wild dog, and a diverse variety of antelope and many other species. In addition to wildlife, enjoy cultural experiences by visiting the local communities to meet the people living in the region.
When back at the lodge, you can enjoy relaxing in your suite, in the lounge area or by the pool. You can then enjoy delicious meals paired with an excellent selection of South African wines.
The Inyati Game Lodge Accommodation
In the 3 larger chalets, you can find a king-sized bed, a double bed and a single bed to cater for families sharing. The 4 standard luxury chalets then provide king-sized beds and the remaining 4 standard luxury rooms offer comfortable twin beds. All of these are protected by high quality mosquito netting.
Each chalet offers 24-hour temperature control with air-conditioning to keep you cool and refreshed. Your en-suite bathroom offers luxurious amenities, while the standard chalets offer the added luxury of outdoor showers.
You can also find insect repellent and hairdryers for added convenience, as well as direct dial telephones, mini bar fridges (stocked on request), and tea and coffee making facilities. Keep your valuables secure in the mini-safe, and stay connected with free in-room Wi-Fi.

Enjoy African evenings with delectable cuisine and well-balanced South African wines. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list showcasing a partnership with the family-owned Vriesenhof Wine Estate (located in Stellenbosch), which produces the restaurant's house wine.
In addition to your comfortable suites and delicious meals, the lodge provides a swimming pool next to the bar / dining area, a river deck for enjoying the views and sounds of the African wilderness, and a gym to keep in shape on your safari. There is also a curio shop with products locally sourced to support surrounding communities.

About The Inyati Game Lodge
The Inyati Game Lodge can be found on the western side of the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve, which shares an unfenced boundary with the Kruger National Park. However, unlike Kruger, the reserve is not open to the general public. The only people with access to the Sabi Sands are guests at a few of the reserve lodges, such the Inyati Game Lodge.
Committed to sustainable tourism, most of Inyati’s 45 permanent staff are from the local community. Many of the staff have been with Inyati for more than 10 years making Inyati their home and creating the family atmosphere that the lodge is known for. The reserve created a staff share scheme in 2013. And this means that each member of staff participates in the success of the lodge by providing you with a memorable experience of the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve.
