From the Borneo Rainforest Lodge, you will explore the wildlife-rich Borneo Rainforest with your expert guide to enjoy this incredible environment.

Since 1994, the award-winning lodge has been welcoming guests from all over the world to experience this incredible region. And you will be staying deep in the valley of the 130 million-year-old Bornean rainforest.

The lodge was built sustainably to fit this delicate environment. And from the comfortable lodge, you will head out to find incredible animals and plants.

Enjoy the tree-top canopy walk, visit the waterfall and rock pool, and try tubing the Danum River. You can also see a different community of animals on guided night drives and trail walks.

Accommodation

The lodge is surrounded by wildlife-rich tropical rainforest. Built in a sustainable manner, the Borneo Rainforest Lodge offers 3 villas and 27 individual chalets. These provide spacious en-suite bathrooms. Your spacious, contemporary accommodation offers air-conditioning, comfortable beds and rainforest or river views.

The lodge also provides a comfortable dining room with beautiful rainforest views, social areas and in-house spa. Jari Jari Spa is an award-winning spa that specializes in Sabah Borneo treatments.

The Tree Top Canopy Walk
Explore the rainforest from the canopy on the 360-meter-long and 27-meter-high canopy walkway. This provides a perfect vantage point for seeing different birds and a new perspective on the forest.

The Jungle Walks
Led by your skilled and knowledgeable rainforest guide, explore the rainforest on trail walks to scout for the many different animals and plants of Borneo’s rainforest.

Waterfall & Rock Pool Visit
Head out for a day of fun and adventure with a trip to a beautiful waterfall. And cool off by relaxing in the rock pool filled with crystal-clear water.

Tubing Along Danum River
For a fun way to explore the rainforest, enjoy drifting along the Danum River for a relaxing way to enjoy the rainforest.

Night Drive & Night Walk
Explore a new community of animals on night drives and nature walks. Head out in the electric buggy to spotlight wildlife. And choose guided trail walks to see many different nocturnal animals.

Breakfast In The Forest
As a unique experience, enjoy a delicious breakfast surrounded by the beautiful Borneo rainforest. This is a private dining experience. And it’s ideal for couples to enjoy a romantic dinner or for a group for a special event of up to 10 people.

Birding
There are hundreds of birds to find in Borneo’s rainforest. And with an expert birding guide, you can enjoy a dedicated tour to find the many different species, including 50 species found nowhere else on Earth.
